Service Description
The initial interview (1hr ) is free of charge, it’s a meet and greet for us to get to know each other, and build a relationship. Once hired, we schedule 2 pre-labor visits, and we discuss all your birth options. We work together and make a birth plan to support your choices. I am present to advocate your wishes. I’m “on call” via text/call/email/FaceTime/ 2 weeks before your due date and 2 weeks after due date. I am present and you have my full support during active labor, and after labor. I suggest comfort measures and position changes during labor. *As a doula, I do not perform medical tasks, or give medical diagnosis. I do not make decisions for you. I advocate for you, and follow your wishes and educate you to make those decisions. I’m your companion along this birth empowerment journey .
