POSTPARTUM DOULA PACKAGE

Service Description

I serve the entire family, including pets, in the fourth trimester. I offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation, and (one) 2 hr postpartum planning visit before the baby arrives. Consultation can be conducted over zoom. Postpartum planning visits are completed in the home with all family members present. I support families by offering overnight care, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, household help, quality referrals, sleep training, and a listening ear to help with the transition into parenthood. Services include: *breastfeeding/lactation support *formula bottle feeding support/ choosing formulas *newborn care support/support with integrating siblings, pets, and other loved ones to for bonding. * grocery shopping *For overnight care, I do ten hour shifts. I help parents recover to their routines and get sleep. For day shifts, I do ten hour shifts t help with daytime transitioning routines. I have served surrogate mothers, single mothers, and parents through adoption.
